Riyad al-Janna fi Adhkar al-Kitab wa al-Sunna is Imam Yusuf al-Nabhani's comprehensive compendium of adhkar drawn directly from the Quran and the rigorously-authenticated hadith. Organised by occasion — adhkar for the morning and evening, before and after each of the five daily prayers, on entering and leaving the mosque, before and after food, before sleep and on rising, in difficulty and in fear, for the sick and the bereaved, on travel, on entering a new place — the work serves as a complete devotional companion for the believer's daily life. Each dhikr is presented with its scriptural source, its mode of recitation, and the traditional fadl.

About The Author

Imam Yusuf b. Ismail al-Nabhani (1265-1350 AH / 1849-1932 CE) was a Palestinian Hanafi judge who served in the courts of Beirut under the late Ottoman empire. Born in Ijzim near Haifa to a family with deep scholarly and Sufi lineage, he received his classical training at al-Azhar in Cairo under masters including Shaykh Ibrahim al-Saqqa and Shaykh Yusuf al-Barqawi. He devoted his enormous literary energy to defending and propagating the traditional Sunni-Sufi heritage in an age of rising reformist challenge — composing more than eighty works in salawat, istighatha, manaqib, theological defense, and Prophetic praise.

عن الكتاب

"رياض الجنّة في أذكار الكتاب والسنّة" مَجْمَع الإمام النبهاني الجامع للأذكار المسْتَنِدَة مباشرةً إلى القرآن والصحيح من الحديث. مُرَتَّبٌ على المناسبات — أذكار الصباح والمساء، وقَبْل كلِّ صلاةٍ من الخمس وبَعْدها، ودخول المسجد والخروج منه، وقَبْل الطعام وبَعْده، وقَبْل النوم والاستيقاظ، وعند الشدّة والخوف، وللمريض وأهل المصيبة، وفي السَّفَر، وعند دخول مكانٍ جديد. هو صحبةٌ كاملة لحياة المؤمن اليومية. لكلِّ ذكرٍ سندُه النصّي وكَيْفيّتُه وفَضْلُه المأثور.

عن المؤلف

الإمام يوسف بن إسماعيل النبهاني (١٢٦٥-١٣٥٠ هـ) قاضٍ حنفيٌّ فلسطيني خَدَم في محاكم بيروت في العهد العثماني المتأخّر. وُلد بإجزِم قرب حيفا في أسرةٍ ذات سلسلة علميّة وصوفية، وتَلَقَّى علمَه الكلاسيكي بالأزهر على شيوخٍ منهم الشيخ إبراهيم السقّا والشيخ يوسف البرقاوي. كرَّس طاقته الأدبية الهائلة للدفاع عن تراث السنّة والتصوّف ولِنَشْره في عصر التحدّيات الإصلاحية، فألَّف ما يَزيد على ثمانين كتاباً في الصلوات والاستغاثة والمناقب والدفاع العقدي ومديح النبي ﷺ.
